SLCB Declares NLe 66M Dividends to shareholders 

The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLCB) has declared a total of LE66 million in dividends to its shareholders, following a robust financial performance in the past fiscal year. The announcement was made during the bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Government of Sierra Leone, SLCB’s largest shareholder, received a dividend of LE59,732,242.2 million, while the National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) was paid LE7,239,633.3 million

This decision to distribute dividends underscores SLCB’s continued growth and profitability, as well as its commitment to providing value to its shareholders. The bank attributes its success to enhancements in financial services, increased customer trust, and advancements in digital operations.

Officials from the government and representatives from NASSIT praised the bank’s leadership for its prudent management and expressed their ongoing support for SLCB’s future initiatives.
