Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Youth Affairs has secured a landmark international partnership, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korea Africa Foundation (KAF) in Seoul.
The agreement establishes a formal framework for cooperation to empower Sierra Leonean youth through education, technology transfer, skills development, and cultural exchange programs. This partnership is designed to equip young Sierra Leoneans with the tools to become competitive players and innovators in the global economy.
At the signing ceremony, the Minister of Youth Affairs highlighted the transformative potential of the partnership for the nation’s next generation. As a symbol of friendship and national pride, the Minister presented a traditional Sierra Leone scarf to the President of KAF.
