TENDER NOTICE
AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a global nonprofit organization providing high-quality HIV care and services to those in need. We generate new, innovative ways of treating and addressing barriers to care for our clients through a network of pharmacies, thrift stores, health, and wellness centers.
AHF is requesting tenders from construction enterprises/companies for the proposed renovation works to the Jenner Wright Clinic at Race Course/Upgun, Freetown: replacement of roof, ceiling tiles, paint interior and exterior walls of building and repair plumbing system to provide adequate water supply to clinic.

The following documents are essential:
- An updated NASSIT clearance
- An updated NRA Tax clearance
- Business Registration
- Work plan for two months
- An updated work certificate from Ministry of Works (Premier Class)
- Local Council certificate
- Copy of business registration certificate
- Bid security of NLe 30,000 from a recognized commercial bank in Sierra Leone
- Completion certificate of at least two similar work performance.
- Bid form
AHF has the right to award contracts to reliable and good contractors and does not necessarily award based on the lowest bidding.
Bids must be clearly marked and delivered to the address below.
