The solar electrification of Kamandae Community is part of Dong Tai Stone Mining Company Cooperate Social Responsibility A Councillor Abdulai Sesay of Constituency 048 in Yonimamaila Chiefdom in Tonkolili District, stated in an interview that , Prior to the electrifying of Rochen Kamandao, community Dong Tai Stone Mining has already signed has Kamara Mankutta Family who is the land owner in Rochen Kamandao community, as part of the lease land agreement Dong Tai Stone Mining, agreed that they would electrify Kamandae Community to help school going children to study effectively through the use of solar, prior to the signing of the lease land agreement, Don Tai Stone Mining Company brought some solar and they did a partial installation of solar and very recently the Mining Company did a massive installation of solar in Rochen Kamandao community. Councilor Abdulai note that Dong Tai Mining Company even finances the welding process of the installation of solar. Councilor Abdulai Sesay concluded that, the installation of Street solar by Dong Tai Stone Mining would immensely benefits the people of Rochen Kamandao community as well as school going children in Rochen Kamandao community including school going children, to enhance effective study ability and better performance in school. this
The Dong Tai Stone Mining Company(SL)Ltd,Interpreter Jack Yu. the company Interpreter stated that Dong Tai Stone Mining is a query Mining Company operating in Rochen Kamandao community and that the installation of Street solar by the company in Rochen Kamandao community was to strengthen the relationship between Dong Tai Stone Mining Company and the community people of Rochen Kamandao community, and also to enhance and increase good living condition better electricity supply in key strategic area such as Check-Point and the Rochen Kamandao Community as a whole. The Street Solar Installation process was represented by various stakeholders was present at the occasion of the installation of the Street solar lights at Rochen Kamandao community, including a representative of the Paramount Chief of Rochen Kamandao ,the town chief youth leader Rochen Kamandao and also a representative of the Hon Aaron Aruna Koroma Member of Parliament.
