Securiport a leading partner in providing security at the Lungi International Airport on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 donated One Hundred Chairs and One Hundred tables to the P.C. Bai Sheboreh the Third Primary school in Mabendo village Port Loko district, North West Region of the country. The donation is part of complementing the government of Sierra Leone Free Quality Education in Sierra Leone.

In her opening remarks, Civil Society Representative Hawa Koroma, told the gathering that Securiport is a private company and not a political outfit that think development.
Ms. Koroma noted that the donation of chairs and table to the school is geared towards completing the Free quality Education by the Julius Maada Bio’s government.
She called on the women to support Securiport noting that the company believes in education and the reason for the donation.
‘’Securiport is a private company that provides security for the airport. The company is giving back to the community were they operate as part of their corporate social responsibility. Support Securiport to succeed and this will bring more goodies to the community.Receiving the donation the Head Teacher of the PC Bai Sheboreh the Third Primary School, Hassan Kamara was overwhelmed with the donation noting that this is the first donation since the school was construction.
The Head Teacher was very clear on the donated items noting that it is timely as the school was in dire need of sitting accommodations as pupils were suffering as a result of inadequate chairs and tables.

‘’The donated items will be used for its intended purposes. We will take very good care of the items and we will make sure we protect them, Mr. Kamara noted.
Speaking on behalf of the Paramount Chief, Chief Pa Adikalie Kamara expresses happiness for the gesture while thanking Securiport for the donations.
‘’We are glad that people are coming to support this school. We are also extremely happy that people are thinking about our community. This will help the school to grow and the community to develop,’’ he said.
With these kind of gesture this community will no longer lag behind when it comes to development.
The representative of the Paramount chief called on other non-governmental organizations to do same adding that the school and the village need more support.
‘’We look forward to Securiport for more donations and to also explore other areas for support.
Handing over the items the General Manager of Securiport, Ibrahim Mansaray said they are not politicians but people who want to see development at the local level.
‘’As a non-governmental organization we are working for the interest of the country as he believes that these pupils are they future of the country. We need to invest in them for the betterment of the country,’’ Mr. Mansaray said.
The General Manager noted that the pupils need to handle the donated chairs and tables with care and that Securiport is based in Washington DC USA while also operating in Sierra Leone.
He thanked the Paramount Chief for giving Securiport the opportunity to give back to society and Sierra Leone in general adding that they will continue to support the school as and when the need arise.
