A two day validation workshop of the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation strategic plan 2025 to 2035 is on-going at the Njala Venue hall at Bo town in Bo.
Delivering the keynote address on behalf of the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation the Professional Head Engineer Augustine Tucker mentioned that this is strategic plan geared towards 2025 to 2035 to review validate and shape the strategic direction of the WASH Sector for the next decade adding that it’s marks a critical milestone in our journey towards ensuring universal access to safe water improved sanitation and better hygiene for all Sierra Leonard
In his address the Professional Head said that the key phases of the strategic plan Development Process are preparation and stakeholder engagement, situation analysis and needs assessment, vision , mission and strategic goals formulation , resource planning and budgeting and implementation and monitoring
The Deputy Secretary in the ministry Raymond Komba Chaired the ceremony also made brilliant contribution on the way forward on the workshop
